What we do
We:
- build and use evidence to champion the best possible patient-centred care
- work with patients, professionals and policy makers to strive continuously for the highest standards of patient experience.
Our work
In Europe and the UK we:
- research and gather patient's views of healthcare using surveys, focus groups and other methods – internationally nationally, locally and at the point of care
- develop new surveys and other ways to gather patients' views and measure their experiences
- carry out quality improvement activities using patient feedback
- work with professional bodies and others to set standards for high quality patient-centred care
- ask the public their views on what's important to them in healthcare
- campaign for high standards of patient-centred care with those who influence policy and practice.
