Survey Project Manager
We are currently recruiting for a project manager with research experience to manage and implement patient surveys in our Frequent Feedback team.
The role
The key tasks of the Project Manager:
- Questionnaire design, including the development of new questions
- Advising on and making recommendations about survey modes
- Providing advice and support to clients during surveys
- Monitoring the progress of surveys during fieldwork
- Analysing survey data and preparing reports on survey findings
The Candidate
Essential requirements of the Project Manager:
- Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline
- Experience in social or healthcare research or general market research
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Competent IT user, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Strong numeracy skills
