Survey Project Manager

We are currently recruiting for a project manager with research experience to manage and implement patient surveys in our Frequent Feedback team.

The role

The key tasks of the Project Manager:

  • Questionnaire design, including the development of new questions
  • Advising on and making recommendations about survey modes
  • Providing advice and support to clients during surveys
  • Monitoring the progress of surveys during fieldwork
  • Analysing survey data and preparing reports on survey findings

The Candidate

Essential requirements of the Project Manager:

  • Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline
  • Experience in social or healthcare research or general market research
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Competent IT user, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Strong numeracy skills
