Projects we have undertaken include:
Interim Staff Survey 2010 for Ashford and St Peter's Hospitals NHS Trust
Ashford and St Peter's Hospitals NHS Trust commissioned Picker Institute Europe to run an interim staff survey focusing on specific areas targeted for improvement as a result of NHS Staff Survey 2009.
Directorate reporting meant that the trust could really drill down into their results and understand how much progress had been made and what still needed to change.
They survey was undertaken using a paper-based methodology and achieved a 57% response rate.
An annual online staff survey for NICE
We have a five year contract to undertake the annual survey of staff at NICE (the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence). The survey is based on the National NHS Staff Survey questionnaire, with the addition of questions that are of specific relevance to NICE.
The survey is undertaken using an online questionnaire and has produced a response rate of over 80%.
Gathering the views of strategic health authority staff
NHS London commissioned Picker Institute Europe to carry out an online staff survey tailored to their needs as a strategic health authority.
