Recent projects include:
User views of local community services
District nursing, health visiting, physiotherapy, podiatry and dentistry services were amongst the services for which Lincolnshire Primary Care Trust commissioned Picker Institute Europe to gather feedback. The views of local service users were captured through bespoke questionnaires that consisted of a set of core questions and others tailored to each service.
Mixed method user feedback
Picker Institute Europe has gathered user feedback on ten local health service areas on behalf of Wandsworth Primary Care Trust including sexual health clinics, adult therapies, diabetes, community hospitals, district nursing, health visiting, physiotherapy, podiatry and dentistry. The project involved telephone surveys, face-to-face interviewing, and questionnaires distributed both by post and by hand following a healthcare appointment.
