Clients/Projects 2007/8

Picker Institute Europe works with a wide range of healthcare clients including NHS trusts, private healthcare providers and government bodies.

Healthcare surveys and improvement projects are carried out for NHS trusts, Bupa and other healthcare organisations.

Research and policy analysis is also conducted for a wide range of bodies including, for example, the World Health Organisation, the Commonwealth Fund, the Department of Health and the General Medical Council.

In the UK voluntary sector the institute has carried out recent research projects with the Health Foundation, the Patients Association, the Healing Foundation, Help the Aged, and cancer charities.

In addition the Picker Institute runs a National NHS Patient Survey Co-ordination Centre in England on behalf of the Care Quality Commission.
