Surveys

Picker Institute Europe can provide you with a totally bespoke survey, tailored specifically to the areas of care you want to explore in depth.

Surveys can be administered as often as the topic dictates – monthly, quarterly, annually – to give ongoing, regular feedback and track the impact of quality improvement initiatives over time.

Questionnaire design

We have developed a wide range of questionnaires for different patient, population and staff groups.

Our questionnaires are based on extensive qualitative research, using focus groups and cognitive interviews, to determine priorities and views on the aspects of care that are important to patients.

We are skilled at translating client briefs into rigorously tested questionnaires.

'Off the shelf' surveys

Picker Institute Europe has produced a range of condition and service specific 'off the shelf' surveys. These are distinct from the national survey programme and can be adapted to individual client needs.

Our bank of tested questions enables us to generate robust surveys quickly and cost effectively. They include:
