Our new six month Quality Improvement programme offers a practical service-level approach to improving patients' experience of care.
Moving beyond Measurement offers three half-day interactive workshops, designed and delivered on-site by our experienced Quality Improvement team. Between workshops, the team provides ongoing support for your staff in developing and implementing initiatives to improve care quality.
Working closely with a multidisciplinary team of up to eight people, we will help them to:
- understand problems from a patient and staff perspective
- implement real and sustainable improvements in service quality
- provide cost effective solutions which can benefit the whole organisation
